Kira Clark, a 16-year-old homeschooler with a passion for drama and singing that spans over 7 years. Kira has been a drama student for over 6 years and has performed in a many shows. Kira was in the cast of the inaugural Albany Children’s Theatre production of Moana Jr. in 2022. Kira performed in a lead role of Clown Town, by Denmark Youth Theatre, in 2022 as part of Brave New Works. She performed in Let’s Shine Brightly in 2019 and was a member of Southern Edge Arts prior to that. 

As a singer Kira performed solo in ALOTCO’s (Albany Light Opera and Theatre Company): Let’s Shine Brightly, ALOTCO’s Got Talent and Albany’s Got Talent (non competitive). Kira won 3rd place in Denmark’s Got Talent, and has busked on many occasions.

Kira is confident, skilled and determined with all aspects of self expression. Young children warm to her outgoing nature and her willingness to lead by example.

Production & Direction
Since 2023, Kira has been the producer and director of stage shows, creating and guiding performances that showcase the creativity and confidence of young performers. She has produced and directed two independent productions as well as two shows for Brave New Works, giving her students the opportunity to shine on stage doing what they love.

Kira is passionate about helping kids explore their imagination, build teamwork and communication skills, and discover the joy of performing through drama.
